First things first. Print off some posters and put them in your town. Let the public know about animal creulty and how to stop it. If you want, or can, make a website with a link to this and other similar sites and give some info about animal creulty and how to stop it and ect.

If you want, you could get a few friends together and have them help out. Make a club. Remember, the more people helping the more people will find out. Try and get your vet involved. They may not do alot, but They will more than likely let you put some posters up.
